We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).

• contact data (name, surname, email, phone number),
• delivery data (address, postal code, city, country),
• order data (products, quantities, prices, delivery and payment method),
• technical data (IP address, device and browser type, cookie data in line with your consent).

• order fulfilment and performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
• compliance with legal obligations, e.g. invoice retention (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
• communication with customers regarding orders and complaints (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR),
