Shipping & Returns

We deliver across Austria through Packeta, Express One and parcel lockers. Orders placed before 12:00 are processed with priority on working days.

• Home delivery (Express One) — €6.90
• Packeta pick-up point — €4.90
• Parcel locker — €4.50
• Shipping is free on orders above €75.

Parcels usually arrive within 48 hours of dispatch (1–3 working days). You receive a tracking number by e-mail or SMS once the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Payment is made cash on delivery (cash or card with the courier or at the pick-up point). All prices include VAT.

Every order ships in neutral packaging with no product or store name on the outside. Only the return address required by the carrier is printed on the parcel.

If a parcel is not collected within the carrier's deadline it is returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment; the cost of re-dispatch is borne by the buyer. Please check your address and phone number before placing an order.

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Send your notice of withdrawal to info@kamagra-osterreich.at. Return the goods within 14 days of that notice to Medicals4World Ltd., Stättermayergasse 11, 1150 Wien, Austria.

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original, unopened packaging. By law, withdrawal is excluded for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once the packaging has been opened after delivery.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Direct return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

If a parcel arrives damaged or its contents do not match your order, contact us within 8 days at info@kamagra-osterreich.at with photos. We will resolve it by replacing the item or refunding the purchase price.
