2. General provisions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the online store and are drawn up in accordance with the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG), the General Civil Code (ABGB), the Data Protection Act (DSG), the Telecommunications Act (TKG), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and agree to them.
3. Registration and purchase
No account is required. When placing an order the buyer provides the personal data necessary to fulfil the order (contact details and delivery address). Personal data is processed only in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are valid at the moment the order is placed and have no fixed period of validity. Despite our best efforts, errors may occur; in such a case we will inform the buyer and allow them to withdraw from the order.
Cash on delivery is currently available; any additional payment methods are shown at checkout.
5. Ordering process and conclusion of contract
The sales contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment the provider confirms the order (to the email address provided). From that moment prices and other conditions are binding on both parties.
The provider stores the concluded contract (order) in electronic form. The contract is concluded in German or English, depending on the buyer's choice.
6. Delivery
Delivery is carried out throughout Austria via contracted delivery partners (Packeta, Express One, parcel lockers). Delivery time is typically 1–3 working days from order confirmation and depends on the selected delivery method and carrier conditions.
All orders are packed discreetly. The outside of the parcel does not show product names or the shop name.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumer right)
In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, the consumer has the right to notify the provider within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract, without giving any reason. The withdrawal notice may be sent to info@kamagra-osterreich.at.
The buyer returns the goods undamaged and in unchanged quantity. The provider refunds received payments within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment (unless expressly agreed otherwise).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications, perishable goods, or sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened after delivery.
8. Material defect
The buyer may exercise their rights arising from a material defect if they notify the provider within two months of the day the defect was discovered. The provider is not liable for material defects that appear more than two years after the goods were delivered.
9. Complaints
Complaints may be sent to info@kamagra-osterreich.at. Handling is confidential.
10. Out-of-court dispute resolution
In accordance with applicable law, the provider does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve consumer disputes.
Consumers have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Data protection
The provider processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and ZVOP-2. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of liability and health notice
Information on this website is for general educational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice. Consult a qualified physician or pharmacist before using any products.
13. Final provisions
For matters not governed by these Terms, the applicable law of the Republic of Austria and European Union law shall apply. Any disputes shall be resolved by agreement; if that is not possible, the competent court in the Republic of Austria shall have jurisdiction.
