Sildalist 120 — sildenafil and tadalafil in a single tablet

How the two molecules complement each other

Both are PDE5 inhibitors, but they differ in how long they stay active. Sildenafil reaches its peak quickly and works for around 4–6 hours; tadalafil builds more gradually and remains effective for up to 36 hours. In a single tablet, the sildenafil component covers the first evening while the tadalafil component carries the effect into the next day.
